This past weekend at the L A Jets 40th Annual Invitational, LEAP Squad athletes showed exactly what happens when preparation meets opportunity.

Across the meet, athletes from multiple age groups stepped onto the track and runway and walked away with new personal bests. From sprints to hurdles to jumps, the team continued building momentum heading deeper into championship season.

What stood out most wasn’t just the marks.

It was how many athletes elevated at the same meet.

The culture is growing.

The confidence is growing.

And the results are starting to stack.

Leading the way on the boys side was Bryon Brown, who ran a huge personal best of 11.44 in the 100 meters at the LA Jets Invitational. Bryon continues to show major progress this season and is turning into one of the top sprint contributors inside the program.

Connor Peters also had a strong weekend, running 12.24 for a new personal best in the 100m while continuing to contribute in the jumps as well.

Miles Munoz added another breakthrough performance with a 12.42 personal best in the 100m and later jumped 18-4.25 in the long jump.

Marcus Wright also continued to impress, earning a new triple jump personal best of 31-1.75 in his first ever triple jump competition.

On the girls side, the team showed incredible depth.

Mariah Robinson had one of the top performances of the entire weekend, setting personal bests in both the 200m and 100m hurdles.

Miah Wright continued her strong season with personal bests in the high jump and long jump, showing her versatility across multiple events.

Noor Ladki had a huge 13.73 personal best in the 100m and continues to establish herself as one of the rising young athletes in the program.

Riley Kutz, Shelby Morley, Sonya Desai, Hira Desai, Mia Van Dam, Morrisa Herman, and Alexandra Liddiard all added personal best performances during the meet as well.

In total, more than 20 LEAP Squad athletes walked away from the LA Jets Invitational with new personal best performances.

That’s not random.

That’s culture.

That’s consistency.

That’s athletes learning how to compete with confidence when it matters most.

The season is moving fast, but this weekend showed something important:

LEAP Squad athletes are still climbing.
