LEAP Squad is set to compete on one of the biggest stages in youth track and field as eleven athletes will represent the program at the 2026 Nike Outdoor Nationals in Eugene, Oregon.

The team is comprised of athletes from both Southern California and the LEAP Squad Virtual Team, highlighting the growing reach of the program and demonstrating that high-level development can happen regardless of location.

One of the most exciting storylines belongs to LEAP Squad Virtual Team member Reyah Griffin of Pennsylvania. Griffin will compete in two events, the Emerging Elite 100-meter hurdles and the Emerging Elite Triple Jump. Throughout the season, Reyah has balanced technical improvements in the hurdles while continuing to develop as a jumper, and she now has the opportunity to showcase her talents on the national stage.

Joining Griffin from Pennsylvania is fellow Virtual Team athlete Milena Sciullo, who will compete in the Championship Girls Triple Jump. Milena one of the most decorated athletes out of the state of Pennsylvania. She is a five-time state champion and a runner-up this season in the triple jump, and the high jump. Her appearance in the Championship division is another milestone in a year filled with growth and consistency.

On the boys' side, Dane Malloy will take on an ambitious national schedule. In addition to competing in the Championship Boys Long Jump and Championship Boys Triple Jump at Nike Outdoor Nationals, Dane has also qualified for the USATF U20 National Championships in the Triple Jump. Competing against some of the best collegiate and post-high school athletes in the country, Dane will have the opportunity to test himself at an even higher level before returning to compete against the nation's best high school jumpers.

The remainder of the LEAP Squad contingent features a talented group of jumpers eager to make their mark in Eugene.

For many athletes, Nike Outdoor Nationals represents the final competition of the season. For several seniors, it will also be the last meet of their high school careers. More than chasing marks and medals, the weekend is an opportunity to celebrate the work that was put in throughout the year, enjoy competing alongside teammates, and embrace the experience of performing on one of track and field's most recognizable stages.

From Southern California to Pennsylvania, LEAP Squad athletes continue to prove that great coaching, consistent communication, and belief in the process can help athletes thrive no matter where they train.
