Send one jump. Find out how far you should actually be jumping.
A personal film breakdown from Coach Keinan Briggs — in three business days.
SEND ME MY BREAKDOWNSnag the film breakdown that finds the feet you're leaving on the runway — without another drill video, another camp, or a coach who's never trained a jumper.
Upload one video of your jump. Within three business days, Coach Keinan Briggs sends back a 3–5 minute breakdown naming the three things costing you distance — and the number he thinks you're actually capable of right now.
SAY NO MORE — HERE'S MY JUMPIn three business days you'll know:
The three specific flaws costing you distance.
Not "work on your approach." The exact three, named, on your jump, with the timestamp.
The number you're actually capable of right now.
Not someday. With the body and the speed you already have.
Which one to fix first.
Fixing the wrong thing first is why most jumpers plateau for an entire season.
Whether your approach is the problem — or whether it's hiding the real one.
Most jumpers are told it's their approach. For a lot of them, it isn't.
This is for you if:
- You're a long jumper or triple jumper in high school, and your marks have stopped moving
- Your coach is a great coach — of sprinters, or hurdlers, or the whole team — and jumps isn't their event
- You've been learning technique from YouTube because there's nobody near you who can teach it
- You're a parent who's become the jumps coach by default, and you know you're guessing
- You need a number for a college coach and you don't know if you're close
This is not for you if:
- You already have a jumps specialist watching you every week
- You want a training program, not a diagnosis — start with Jump 101 instead
- You don't have access to a phone camera at practice or a meet
"These flaws are costing him four feet."
I said that on a call last month to a kid jumping 44 feet.
He wasn't slow. He wasn't weak. He had the raw power to be at 48 feet that same season. He'd just never had anybody watch him jump and tell him the truth.
That's not a rare story. That's almost every jumper I talk to.
They've watched the videos. They've done the drills. They've moved their mark fifteen times. They've got a coach who genuinely cares and genuinely doesn't coach jumps. And every week they go back out and repeat the same three mistakes, because nobody has ever pointed at a screen and said there — that's the thing.
I've been coaching jumpers since 2003. I've put about 1,300 instructional videos on the internet for free. And I'll tell you what I've learned from that: information was never the problem.
These athletes don't need more to watch. They need someone to watch them.
So I made that the product.
WATCH MY JUMP, COACHHere's everything inside The Film Room:
Your personal film breakdown
You upload one jump. I watch it frame by frame and record a 3–5 minute video naming the three things costing you distance, in the order you should fix them — so that you stop guessing which cue to chase this week.
Your capability number
At the end of the breakdown I tell you what I believe you're capable of right now, and what's standing between you and it — so that you have a real target instead of a hope.
The 24 Mistakes Costing You Distance — instant access
Four modules: the six mistakes every jumper makes, the six that only hurt long jumpers, the six that only hurt triple jumpers, and the six myths quietly costing you feet — so that when your breakdown lands you already know the language I'm speaking instead of hearing it for the first time.
Bonus 1 — The 60-Second Filming Guide
Where to stand, what angle, how much runway to get in frame — so that you're not worried you filmed it wrong.
Bonus 2 — A free re-film pass
If your video turns out unusable, send another one. No charge, no questions.
One breakdown costs less than one hour with a private coach — if you could find one who coaches jumps.
"Just jump far enough and the coaches will find you."
That's the single most expensive thing anybody ever told your athlete.
College coaches are drowning. They are not combing the internet for your kid. Every jumper I talk to who's behind on recruiting is behind because they believed that sentence.
Here's the other one: "work on your approach."
It's the most common piece of advice in this event and it's nearly useless on its own, because it doesn't say which part. Drive phase? Rhythm? The last three steps? Posture? Reaching at the board? Those are five different problems with five different fixes, and chasing the wrong one for six weeks is how a season disappears.
You can't fix what nobody has named.
NAME WHAT'S WRONG WITH MINEWhat a breakdown actually sounds like
These are real assessments from real jumpers, in my own words:
Notice what every one of those has in common: a number they already own, and the specific reason they're not reaching it.
That's the whole product. That's what you get.
GIVE ME MY NUMBERI'm Keinan Briggs.
Former professional triple jumper. Sixth at the 2011 USA Indoor Championships, thirteenth at the 2010 USA Outdoor Championships. Competed professionally from 2010 to 2013 and kept competing until 2016.
I've been coaching athletes since 2003 and high school athletes since 2007. I was Head Jumps Coach at Mater Dei from 2012 to 2019, where my jumpers won five individual CIF titles and three runner-up finishes. In 2023 my athletes went 3rd, 4th and 6th in the triple jump at CIF State. I founded LEAP Squad Track Club in 2012 and still run it.
I've published about 1,300 instructional videos and built an audience of more than 20,000 jumpers, parents and coaches.
And I'll say it again, because it's the reason this exists: all that free information still isn't enough. The athletes who break through are the ones somebody actually watched.
WATCH MINEOne video. Three days. The truth about your jump.
You already have the footage on your phone, or you'll have it at practice tomorrow.
The only question is whether you spend another season guessing which cue to chase — or whether you find out, this week, what's actually been costing you distance.
Juniors have roughly 120 competitive jumps left. Seniors have about 60.
You don't get those back.
