You're in. Now send me your jump.
Your course access is already in your inbox. Everything below takes about five minutes — and nothing happens until you do it.
Send me your jump
Six quick questions and your video, all in one go. About three minutes.
Haven't filmed it yet? Read How to film it below first — sixty seconds of setup is the difference between a real breakdown and a guess.
If the upload stalls, don't fight it. Put the clip on YouTube — set it to Unlisted, not Private — or Google Drive or Dropbox, and paste the link into the last field instead.
Start the course while you wait
Don't sit around. The 24 Mistakes Jumpers Make is already unlocked inside The Film Room. Start with the first video — your breakdown will make a lot more sense once you've seen the mistakes I'm looking for.
OPEN THE FILM ROOMWatch for your OnForm invite
OnForm is the app I use to draw on your jump and record your breakdown. I'll send you an invite — free for you — and once you accept it, you can send film straight from your phone any time you want another set of eyes on a jump.
Nothing to do today. Send your jump above and we're already moving.
How to film it so I can actually help
This is the part people get wrong, and a bad angle means a weak breakdown. Sixty seconds of setup changes everything.
- Stand side-on. Perpendicular to the runway, roughly level with the takeoff board. Not behind, not in front.
- Get the last 6–8 strides and the landing in frame. I need to see the rhythm into the board and what happens after it — not the whole run-up from the start.
- Hold the phone still. Don't pan. Don't zoom. A locked frame lets me measure what's actually moving.
- Film in 1080p, not 4K. Same analysis, a quarter of the file size, uploads in a fraction of the time.
- Trim the clip before you send it. Two taps in your phone's photo app. Cut it to the approach and the jump — roughly six to ten seconds.
If your video comes through unusable, send another one. Your re-film pass is included — no charge, no questions.
What happens next
One clip. That's all I need.
The athletes who get the most out of this are the ones who send it today, while the season is still in front of them.
